On August 11th, my husband and I welcomed a beautiful and healthy baby girl and this wouldn’t have been possible without the help of Dr. Kofinas and his entire staff. My husband and I were trying to conceive for quite some time and were unsuccessful. We were referred to see Kofinas Fertility and the first thing that Dr. Kofinas noticed on our first visit was the abnormal lining on my uterus. He was able to determine that I had endometriosis and we went forth with the surgery. Dr. Narine was the one who performed the surgery and she was awesome throughout that experience. Three months after the surgery, we conceived naturally. Dr. Kofinas takes care of all his patients personally and he shares the same goal, to help you start your own family. He is very professional and is very transparent with his patients. The warmth and intimate connection that is built in his practice is present amongst all the staff members. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Jason Kofinas and his amazing team. After many years of trying unsuccessfully to conceive our second child, I was highly recommended to Dr. Kofinas. He did a very thorough workup and ultimately diagnosed me with endometriosis. Shortly after successful surgery to remove the endometriosis, I was able to conceive my second child naturally. What a blessing this was after years and years of being passed around by multiple doctors who pushed IVF and other interventions rather than taking the time to truly investigate and get to the root cause of the problem. In 2022 is when my husband and I began our journey with Kofinas Fertility Group. Today we are incredibly blessed to be the parents of a beautiful 1 1/2 year old son, and we can hardly remember what life was like before him. My fertility journey started 3 years ago with a different clinic, I was told everything was ok and it’s basically just luck or lock of it that my transfers failed. It took me two years and two full IVF cycles, two failed transfers with perfect genetically tested embryos to say no more and move on to a different clinic. Kofinas was my pick and I am so grateful I went there. A lot of people on line say how expensive Kofinas is…totally not true…price is practically the same as most IVF clinics - saying that as an full out of pocket patient should mean something, and from my experience you get so much more! I saw George Kofinas and from the very beginning he suggested lots of testing to find out why I went through 2 transfers and had two chemical pregnancies, there had to be a reason why my body wasn’t holding on to a pregnancy. I was happy that he didn’t suggest just jumping in to another transfer or retrieval right away. After extensive testing I found out I had endometriosis, my NK cells were high and my body was basically fighting the pregnancy and attacking the embryo, I have history of multiple sclerosis so my immune system was all over the place. From the start I was impressed that every appointment every monitoring visit I saw a doctor, not only a nurse, my medication was well explained to me and always send to my portal so I can read it, they also have medication at the office so if you running low or need it right away you can get it from them…less anxiety, there was always someone to reply to my emails and non of my questions were ever ignored. Every patient there is treated like an individual, the protocol is personalized to an individual you not just another number to them…some clinics just do a standard protocol for everyone and see what happens…not Kofinas…every case is different and Dr. Kofinas tries everything to make it work. After going there for a year or so unfortunately I had to hit a pause on my treatment because my multiple sclerosis flared up, I was already taking supplements and medication to get ready for my transfer and had to stop…during that time when I was treating my multiple sclerosis I got pregnant on my own unfortunately it was a ectopic pregnancy sad but also for the first time in my life I got pregnant on my own, so maybe something was changing finally. All the supplements and medication did something. I would also say that I am very thankful to be a patient at Kofinas in that difficult situation because the same day I found out it was ectopic pregnancy I was scheduled for a procedure within hours I wasn’t send of to a hospital or emergency room, they did everything for me all I had to do is show up for the procedure. After a lap to remove the ectopic pregnancy we went for a transfer and this time it worked!!! I will be graduating very soon now and I am so afraid to leave Kofinas, I hope my next doctor will be this personable and the office staff will be this nice. From the front desk to the end of every visit everyone was so nice, helpful and understanding…this journey is not easy but this place definitely makes it easier ❤️.

It actually took me a long time to write this review because I’m a little superstitious—but now I finally can, with my beautiful, healthy baby girl in my arms I began my journey in February 2025, and by July 2025, I was pregnant. LOVED everyone in this office. Dianna, Payal, Michelle, I’m sorry I forgot the other nurse who takes blood I think her name is Katherine, but everyone was amazing! Dr. Kofinas was amazing, very sweet and gentle.. Always with a smile on his face. Even the women at the front desk always smiling and happy. I really enjoyed my time at Kofinas. The girls really made my 5am wake up to get to Roslyn location for monitoring worth it. They were so informative and helpful, answered any and all of my questions. I had an amazing experience throughout my entire process.

I have been a patient at Kofinas for over four years now. I have a 3.5 year old and I am 19 weeks pregnant with my second. I wish I could shout to the rooftops how highly I recommend this fertility clinic as they have changed my life in so many ways. I had a very difficult experience at two other clinics prior to discovering Kofinas. And even then, my case was challenging. I struggled with what seemed like every issue that could possibly arise, and yet at every turn, Dr. Jason and his team never gave up. Over the course of the last two years to baby #2, with every new issue that arose, they handled it with such specificity and expert care, that I was never worried I wouldn't end up eventually being pregnant again. When you call the office, you speak to an actual human, (a lovely one) who knows who you are. You have the freedom to email Dr Jason at any time, but to be honest, his nurses are SO amazing, I never really had to. I knew that every single issue I brought up to the nurses would be discussed directly with Dr. Jason by the end of the day and I would hear back from them. In my experience, this communication is unheard of in most medical settings. I was diagnosed last year with endometriosis, something I had never suspected. What I appreciated so much about this was the fact that the surgery was able to be done "in house" and I was cared for by Dr. Jason and his team -- this is very different for many women who discover this while undergoing IVF, and are shuffled off to a gynecological surgeon who can perform this, leaving them to be away from their fertility team while they recover and deal with any additional issues that may have arisen as a result of the surgery. A week after my successful laproscopy I was literally skipping down the street. Kofinas has a unique preparatory protocol and I am convinced that is why I recovered so quickly. Furthermore, one of the most valuable aspects of how things run at Kofinas is that they uncover every stone before a transfer so that you have the absolute best chance of success the first time. They provide very specific testing that the majority of other US clinics do not offer, and you truly feel that the entire team is doing everything possible to make it a success. I was really seen by this clinic and this team. When you're going through something as physically, mentally and emotionally grueling as IVF, to feel as comfortable as I did throughout this process was what made it such a success for me. I was always relaxed, I knew my voice was being heard, and I knew they were all on my side.
