I’m so grateful to the entire team at Kofinas Fertility Clinic. It actually took me a long time to write this review because I’m a little superstitious—but now I finally can, with my beautiful, healthy baby girl in my arms I began my journey in February 2025, and by July 2025, I was pregnant. I truly credit the care and expertise of Dr. Narine and Dr. George Kofinas. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel supported every step of the way. The staff at both the Long Island and Manhattan offices were equally amazing—kind, patient, and always willing to help. Going through fertility treatment can be overwhelming, but this team made the experience feel manageable and hopeful. I’m beyond thankful for everything they’ve done for me. I’ll forever be grateful

LOVED everyone in this office. Dianna, Payal, Michelle, I’m sorry I forgot the other nurse who takes blood I think her name is Katherine, but everyone was amazing! Dr. Kofinas was amazing, very sweet and gentle.. Always with a smile on his face. Even the women at the front desk always smiling and happy. I really enjoyed my time at Kofinas. The girls really made my 5am wake up to get to Roslyn location for monitoring worth it. They were so informative and helpful, answered any and all of my questions. I had an amazing experience throughout my entire process.

I have been a patient at Kofinas for over four years now. I have a 3.5 year old and I am 19 weeks pregnant with my second. I wish I could shout to the rooftops how highly I recommend this fertility clinic as they have changed my life in so many ways. I had a very difficult experience at two other clinics prior to discovering Kofinas. And even then, my case was challenging. I struggled with what seemed like every issue that could possibly arise, and yet at every turn, Dr. Jason and his team never gave up. Over the course of the last two years to baby #2, with every new issue that arose, they handled it with such specificity and expert care, that I was never worried I wouldn't end up eventually being pregnant again. When you call the office, you speak to an actual human, (a lovely one) who knows who you are. You have the freedom to email Dr Jason at any time, but to be honest, his nurses are SO amazing, I never really had to. I knew that every single issue I brought up to the nurses would be discussed directly with Dr. Jason by the end of the day and I would hear back from them. In my experience, this communication is unheard of in most medical settings. I was diagnosed last year with endometriosis, something I had never suspected. What I appreciated so much about this was the fact that the surgery was able to be done "in house" and I was cared for by Dr. Jason and his team -- this is very different for many women who discover this while undergoing IVF, and are shuffled off to a gynecological surgeon who can perform this, leaving them to be away from their fertility team while they recover and deal with any additional issues that may have arisen as a result of the surgery. A week after my successful laproscopy I was literally skipping down the street. Kofinas has a unique preparatory protocol and I am convinced that is why I recovered so quickly. Furthermore, one of the most valuable aspects of how things run at Kofinas is that they uncover every stone before a transfer so that you have the absolute best chance of success the first time. They provide very specific testing that the majority of other US clinics do not offer, and you truly feel that the entire team is doing everything possible to make it a success. I was really seen by this clinic and this team. When you're going through something as physically, mentally and emotionally grueling as IVF, to feel as comfortable as I did throughout this process was what made it such a success for me. I was always relaxed, I knew my voice was being heard, and I knew they were all on my side.

After struggling with infertility for years, my husband and I decided to try one last time and went to Kofinas Fertility. I was defeated, depressed, and overwhelmed when I met Dr. Harry, but from the very first conversation, I instantly felt safe. We started with a lighthearted chat, and then he got serious and focused on finding answers. What stood out most was his sincerity and determination. It never felt forced. He truly wanted to understand what was happening and help me move forward. Dr. Harry ordered extensive testing that other physicians had overlooked. He listened carefully to my concerns, respected my thought process, and worked with me on an approach that felt right for us. Fast forward two years later, and I am now expecting my second child. We love Dr. C and all of the staff at the Brooklyn location! They treated us like family from the very beginning and made us feel safe, cared for and hopeful. We have our beautiful daughter because of them and we couldn't be more grateful. We stop by often for visits and it's always special to be there.

Dr. Kofinas is the reason I get to hold my miracle baby today. I went to him as a second opinion, after multiple rounds of IVF failure and years of heart ache. He diagnosed problems that others missed, and after just one cycle with him, I became pregnant. I will speak his praises for the rest of my life! Needless to say, all of the staff are amazing. From the front desk, to medical assistants, nurses, and doctors, everyone is warm and wonderful. I look forward to seeing them again for my next baby!

5 stars is not enough for Dr. Kofinas and his entire team. If we could give 100 stars, we would. Dr. Kofinas is truly the best doctor we have ever met. He is brilliant, down to earth, compassionate, and always takes the time to personally answer every question. He made us feel cared for and respected throughout the entire process. He treated both me and my wife like gold. IVF can be overwhelming, emotional, and incredibly precise, but this office makes a difficult journey feel manageable. Every step was clearly explained, every detail was handled professionally, and we always felt supported both medically and emotionally. A huge thank you as well to Lydia, the nurse practitioner, who is exceptionally knowledgeable and so kind. She was always there for us throughout our IVF journey. We are also so grateful for nurses Juany, Luce, and Tierney, who were all incredible and helped guide us every step of the way with warmth, patience, and professionalism. Even the billing team went above and beyond to work with us despite our difficult United Healthcare insurance situation, which meant a lot. Working with the Kofinas Fertility Group was a dream come true! Dr. Narine is an exceptional doctor. She would consistently spend time with me and my wife, answering all of our questions whenever needed. I always felt safe with her. I was her patient from 2019 until recently (with breaks in between). With her expertise, I was able to have my beautiful son and now I am nearly due with my second baby. She also helped me to manage my endometriosis. Sadly I did experience an ectopic pregnancy, however throughout the entire process I was heavily monitored and well taken care of. I know from my friend's experience that this is not always the case with other fertility clinics. Throughout my entire experience being Dr. Narine's patient, working with the other doctors at the clinic, and working with the incredible nurses in the clinic and OR, I felt held and extremely well taken care of. The nurses took the time to get to know me and my family, especially the head nurse in the Manhattan Reproductive Surgical Center, Sarah Musallam. I have visited three of their facilities and they all are consistently staffed with warm and people who are experts in the field. In addition, each facility is exceptionally beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Everyone I know who has been a patient of the Kofinas Fertility Group says the same thing about their experience. I cannot recommend them enough!

I celebrated my son’s 8 month birthday yesterday, and he wouldn’t be here without Kofinas Fertility Group they are knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated to a successful outcome for every patient. I’ve had an excellent experience with Kofinas Fertility Group and am truly grateful for the care I’ve received. After just one stimulation cycle and one embryo transfer, I’ve made it to this point in my pregnancy smoothly, which means a lot to me. Dr. Narine is outstanding — not only highly professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly patient and attentive. She created a treatment plan that felt very well tailored to my situation, and I always felt heard and supported in my decisions. The nursing team is equally wonderful. Everyone is kind, responsive, and very skilled. Blood draws are quick and precise, and the instructions are always clear and easy to follow, which made the entire process much less stressful. I also really appreciate how comprehensive the clinic’s approach is. They offer a full range of options, including immune and coagulation protocols as well as mock cycles, which gave me confidence that every aspect of care was being considered. Morning monitoring is very efficient and well organized, making it easy to fit appointments into a normal work schedule. I know there is still a journey ahead, but I feel very thankful for how far I’ve come and for the entire team’s dedication, professionalism, and support along the way.

I am very grateful that Dr C. was my fertility doctor at Kofinas. From our initial consult to a successful embryo transfer, Dr. C was professional and kind. He involved you in your care plan and did not force you to do anything unnecessary. He is a gentle surgeon and I always felt comfortable in his hands. He blessed me with my daughter and now son on the way. The nurses and techs are wonderful. The space is clean. Though everyone's journey is different, I think you will be happy with your care.

After finally producing a healthy embryo, he created a thorough and thoughtful protocol to ensure that everything—truly everything—was optimized for a successful embryo transfer. His attention to detail, willingness to listen, and openness to answer every question gave me so much confidence. I went to Kofinas Fertility and Dr. Narine was my physician. Dr. Narine was very knowledgable, patient, and takes time to answers questions. I really appreciated her honest opinions regarding my situation so I could make the best choice for myself. This is the best clinic with the best doctor I been to in the search of starting IVF. Doctor C is an amazing doctor and does everything possible for the treatment to work. I did one egg retrieval with low AMH and at 39. My first transfer worked and I am now 21 weeks pregnant with my little miracle. Everyone that works there is kind and helpful. This was the best decision I’ve ever made in my life.
